We will provide a summary of recommendations and a quote following your initial appointment. The quote will detail the cost of any recommendations. Where appropriate you will be provided with a range of options so that you can establish the best option to help you achieve your aims whilst staying within your budget.

    Sockets

    Elastic suspension belts are wide elasticated belts which wrap around the pelvis and is secured with velcro fastening, making adjustments simple. This is ideal if the user experiences volume fluctuations throughout the day. Elastic suspension belts can also provide the user increased rotational control of the prosthesis.

    Elastic suspension belts can also be used in conjunction with suction suspension if increased rotational control is required.

    We offer free initial prosthetic assessments to those who intend to self fund their treatment or to those who wish to gain an estimate for costs so that they can apply for funding.
