Insurance claims

If you have private healthcare insurance, making a claim is simple. We are registered with all major private medical insurers and can invoice them directly for your treatment.

If you would like your treatment to be paid for through your insurance, then we will ask you for the following details

Your name
Your date of birth
Your home address
Your insurance provider
Your policy number
Your authorisation number

How is payment made?

We are able to invoice the majority of insurance providers directly. Where it’s not possible to invoice your provider, we will provide you with a receipt detailing the GMC/HCPC number of any clinicians to enable you to claim the cost of your appointment back.
